RETURN POLICY

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to me and I will credit your account, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products bought from Hello Beautiful Image and Style.

Hello Beautiful Image and Style has a strict 7 day return policy. Meaning the customer must inform me within 7 working days upon receiving the product and courier the product back to Hello Beautiful Image and Style.

I, unfortunately, have a non-negotiable, no refund policy. I will gladly refund the purchased product if the product is still in the condition as the originally purchased product.

HELLO BEAUTIFUL IMAGE AND STYLE ACCEPTS RETURNS BASED ON THE FOLLOWING:

Damaged products received, caused by delivery damage.
Incorrect sizing. Sizing can differ on each individual item as different styles and brands affect the sizing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Before sending your returns back to us, please mail us the full details regarding the purchased product and damaged or incorrect sizing details at liz@hellobeautiful.co.za. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item if the fault is not on the Hello Beautiful Image and Style’s side. Shipping is non-refundable. The cost of reshipping will be at your expense.

If your return is approved, based on damage caused or a sizing fault on our side, the cost of return shipping will be at Hello Beautiful Image and Style’s expense both ways.

HELLO BEAUTIFUL IMAGE AND STYLE DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS BASED ON THE FOLLOWING:

Damaged or Dirty products caused by the consumer.
Used products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item if the fault is not on Hello Beautiful Image and Style’s side. Shipping is non-refundable. The cost of reshipping both ways will be at your expense.

If your return is approved, based on a damaged item delivered from our side, the cost of return shipping will be at Hello Beautiful Image and Style’s expense both ways.
