General

Booking & good to know

Where do you offer in-home consultations?

My in-home services are available within my immediate service area. A R1,000 Client Location Fee applies to locations outside this area. If you're unsure whether your location falls within my service area, please get in touch and I'll be happy to confirm.

How far in advance should I book?

My availability varies depending on the time of year and current bookings. I recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for the Wardrobe Edit, the Wardrobe Revamp, Personal Shopping and Workshops. Once I receive your enquiry, I'll let you know my next available dates.

How do I secure my consultation booking?

Once we've agreed on a date and time, your appointment will be scheduled for you. Your invoice and full consultation details will be sent approximately one week before your session, and full payment is required to confirm and secure your appointment.

Once payment has been received, your appointment is firmly reserved for you and I'll send through all the information you need ahead of your consultation.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my consultation?

I completely understand that unexpected things can happen. However, because appointments are reserved specifically for you and my diary is often booked well in advance, I require at least 72 hours' notice for any cancellation or request to reschedule.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 72 hours before your appointment will be charged at the full consultation fee. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to fill a late-cancelled appointment, even with 72 hours' notice.

Do you offer Gift Vouchers?

Absolutely! Hello Beautiful Gift Vouchers make a thoughtful and personal gift for someone special.

Gift Vouchers are available for my Signature Style & Colour Experience - a wonderful way to gift someone the experience of discovering their unique style and colour.

Gift vouchers are subject to availability and booking terms.

Signature Style & Colour Experience

Do you offer Colour Analysis on its own?

Over the years I've found that Style and Colour work hand in hand. While each is valuable individually, it's the combination that provides the greatest transformation and long-term confidence. For this reason, I now offer them as one comprehensive Signature Style & Colour Experience.

Do I need to do anything before booking this?

No. This is where your style journey begins. It's the foundation the wardrobe and shopping services build on, so it's the right place to start.

Can we do this online?

Yes. The Signature Style & Colour Experience is available in person or online, and you'll receive the same personalised digital guide either way.

How long does the session take, and what if we run over?

Around 3 hours. Because you receive a comprehensive personalised guide afterwards, there's no need to cover every detail on the day. If you'd like additional consultation time beyond the scheduled appointment, it's billed at R1,200 per hour.

What do I take away with me?

A beautifully curated digital guide of roughly 85 pages, created especially for you and compiled after your consultation. The experience covers your Style Personality, your Colour Flow, your body shape and proportions, and my recommendations tailored to you.

The Wardrobe Edit

Do I need to have done the Signature Style & Colour Experience first?

Yes. The Wardrobe Edit works from your Style & Colour results, so those need to be in place before we begin.

Is this just decluttering?

No. We're editing with intention, not simply clearing out. Rather than emptying your wardrobe, we carefully evaluate each item to determine what truly deserves a place in it - and what no longer serves you.

What's the difference between The Wardrobe Edit and The Wardrobe Revamp?

The Wardrobe Edit clears and refines, creating a clean foundation. The Wardrobe Revamp brings that wardrobe to life by building outfits from what remains. One focuses on what stays, the other on how to wear it. Many clients do both - first editing, then styling.

Where does the session take place?

In your home. This one is in person only. A Client Location Fee of R1,000 applies outside my immediate service area.

What if we need more than the two hours?

Additional time is charged at R1,200 per hour.

Personal Shopping

Is the cost of the clothes included in your fee?

No. The service fee covers my time and expertise - your shopping budget is separate, and we discuss it beforehand so I can plan around it.

Is there a minimum booking?

Yes, a minimum of 3 hours at R900 per hour.

Do we have to shop in person?

Not necessarily. We can shop together in store, or I can source items for you online - whichever suits you better.

Do I need a consultation before we shop?

Yes. Your Signature Style & Colour Experience needs to be complete first. That's what allows every piece we choose to be guided by your colours, proportions, Style Personality and lifestyle, rather than guesswork.

What happens if something I order online doesn't fit?

When shopping online, sizing remains your responsibility, though I'll guide you carefully. Time spent sourcing replacements for out-of-stock or incorrectly sized items isn't included in the original fee.

The Wardrobe Revamp

How is this different from The Wardrobe Edit?

The Wardrobe Edit is where we refine and clear. The Wardrobe Revamp is where everything comes together - we create fresh, stylish outfit combinations from the pieces you already own.

How many outfits will I end up with?

Often 30 to 40 complete outfits, many of them combinations you may never have thought to wear.

Will I have a record of them afterwards?

Yes. We capture each outfit on your phone as we go, so you leave with your own personalised lookbook to refer back to.

Do I need to have done other services first?

Your Signature Style & Colour Experience needs to be complete. Many clients come to the Revamp after a Wardrobe Edit and a Personal Shopping session, when their wardrobe is already refined and any new pieces have been added.

Are there any additional costs?

Two, and only where they apply. Additional time beyond the two hours is billed at R1,200 per hour, and a Client Location Fee of R1,000 applies to locations outside my immediate service area.

Will we only use clothes I already own?

Mostly, yes - that's the point. We'll also integrate any new pieces we've carefully selected together, so everything works as one wardrobe.

Personal Make-Up Lesson

Can this lesson be done online?

No. The Personal Make-Up Lesson is now offered in person only, so I can guide you properly through each step.

Do I need to bring my own make-up products?

Yes. Please bring the make-up products you currently use, as well as your brushes and tools. During the lesson, I'll work with your products, while also using my own professional make-up to demonstrate techniques and help identify any gaps in your routine. I'll guide you on what you may need to add, replace or adjust, and provide personalised product recommendations to help you build a make-up routine that works beautifully for you.

Will you do my make-up for me?

No, and that's deliberate. You'll be doing the application yourself with my guidance, so you leave feeling capable and confident to recreate the look on your own.

Is this about a heavy, made-up look?

Not at all. It's not about heavy layers or chasing trends. It's about learning a routine that feels natural, flattering and achievable every day.

What will we cover?

How to use your brushes and tools correctly, how to apply each product in the right order, which eyeshadow tones enhance your natural eye colour, how to choose products that suit your colouring and skin, simple techniques to soften or conceal specific concerns, and brow shaping and colour guidance to frame your face.

Do I get anything to take home?

Yes. A complimentary step-by-step Make-Up Manual to support you long after your session.

Corporate & Group Workshops

What does a workshop cost?

Every workshop is quoted individually, based on your group size, location and event requirements. Get in touch and I'll put together a proposal.

Can the workshop be tailored to our event or company?

Absolutely. I tailor each workshop to the audience, group size and occasion, whether you're planning a Women's Day event, Spring Day, client appreciation event, corporate team experience or another special occasion. The aim is to create something that feels relevant, engaging and genuinely valuable for your attendees.

Is there a minimum or maximum group size?

Workshops can be tailored to suit different group sizes and event requirements. Please let me know your approximate number of attendees, location and type of event when enquiring, and I'll recommend the most suitable format and provide a customised quotation.

Is it a fashion presentation?

No. These are engaging, interactive experiences that help women better understand themselves through personal style, colour and image. The goal isn't to tell women what they should wear - it's to give them the confidence to understand what works for them.

What does each attendee receive?

Practical styling knowledge they can apply immediately, a beautiful visual presentation, a personalised Colour Guide, a Personal Colour Wheel, and time for questions and discussion.

Do you travel for workshops outside Johannesburg?

Yes. I'm happy to travel for corporate and group workshops outside my local area. For non-local workshops, flights, accommodation, transport, tolls and parking are quoted separately and are for the client's account. Travel arrangements should be finalised at least 14 days before the workshop date.

Who is responsible for the venue and equipment?

The client is responsible for providing the venue, venue setup and required AV equipment for the workshop.

Are printing costs included?

Where workshop materials require printing, printing costs will be included in your quotation where applicable.

If you prefer to arrange the printing yourself, I will provide the print-ready documents and the printing cost will be deducted from your quotation/invoice.

How do I secure a workshop booking?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your workshop date, with the remaining 50% payable 7 days before the workshop. Payments can be made via EFT.

What happens if we need to reschedule or cancel a workshop?

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be communicated at least one month in advance. Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop date are non-refundable.
