My in-home services are available within my immediate service area. A R1,000 Client Location Fee applies to locations outside this area. If you're unsure whether your location falls within my service area, please get in touch and I'll be happy to confirm.

My availability varies depending on the time of year and current bookings. I recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for the Wardrobe Edit, the Wardrobe Revamp, Personal Shopping and Workshops. Once I receive your enquiry, I'll let you know my next available dates.

Once we've agreed on a date and time, your appointment will be scheduled for you. Your invoice and full consultation details will be sent approximately one week before your session, and full payment is required to confirm and secure your appointment.

Once payment has been received, your appointment is firmly reserved for you and I'll send through all the information you need ahead of your consultation.

I completely understand that unexpected things can happen. However, because appointments are reserved specifically for you and my diary is often booked well in advance, I require at least 72 hours' notice for any cancellation or request to reschedule.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 72 hours before your appointment will be charged at the full consultation fee. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to fill a late-cancelled appointment, even with 72 hours' notice.
